Cancellation policy

 

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

How it works When you choose Subscribe & Save, you're signing up for automatic deliveries of Rainbow Tallow. You're charged when you check out, and again automatically each time a new delivery ships, at the frequency you picked, until you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely.

Pricing Subscribers pay $49 for 1 jar, $88 for 2 jars, or $116 for 3 jars, per delivery. That's less than the regular price of $58 per jar. Your subscription price is locked in: if our regular prices go up, your price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. Taxes and shipping (if any) are shown at checkout.

Pause, skip, change or cancel anytime There are no contracts and no minimum number of orders. You can pause, skip a delivery, change your jars or delivery frequency, update your payment method or address, or cancel at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to manage your subscription. Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to that delivery.

Reminders We'll email you before each renewal so you always know when your next charge is coming.

Failed payments If a payment doesn't go through, we'll email you and try again. If it still fails, your subscription may be paused until your payment details are updated.

Subscriber perks Subscribers on 2 or 3 jars get early access to our seasonal colors before anyone else.

Returns Your first order is covered by our 30-Day One Jar Promise (see our Refund Policy). Renewal orders can't be returned, so pause or cancel before your next billing date if you'd like to stop.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you can't cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Try before you buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once that time has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
